Who Is Mike Snider?

Mike is the President and Founder of Transworld Business Advisors of Cleveland West. A lifelong resident of Cleveland he has been working with business owners and entrepreneurs as a fiduciary advisor for over three decades. Mike is a business owner himself, and a commercial real estate owner. He has a BA in Accounting and throughout his career has earned licenses in Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Mortgage Lending. He has specialized training in the areas of accounting, commercial credit, sales management, retirement planning, insurance, business transition, and commercial real estate.

In the later part of Mike’s career while managing a multi-million-dollar business loan portfolio for a super-regional bank he initiated a project to provide business valuations for business owners. From this experience, he learned firsthand the need to educate business owners on how to navigate the specialized area of exiting planning and selling a business.

Mike went on to earn a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) certification and other specialized training in Business Sales and Business Valuation from the IBBA ( International Business Brokers Association), while founding Transworld in Cleveland. Mike currently sits on the board of the Cleveland Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute and the Northern Ohio Business Brokers Association. He is an active member in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). In his spare time Mike is an active outdoors man enjoying hiking, boating, winter skiing, and traveling.
